PORK CHOP STEW *****

;l-2 tbsps. veggie oil
4-6 boneless pork chops
3 med. onions, sliced thinly
l/2 cup white wine
l can beef broth
l tbsps. soy sauce
l/4 cup flour
4 carrots, chopped
l lb. mushrooms sliced
4 potatoes, peeled and quartered
Preheat oven 325. In a large heavy stew pot heat the oil and then brown the pork chops. Add the onions, and stir
until onions soften. Add the flour and stir until absorbed then add the wine, broth and soy sacue. Add carrots, mushrooms
and potatoes. Place stew pot in oven and let cook for 2 hrs. Delicious with apple sauce.
