PORK CHOP CASSEROLE

2 l-oz. envelopes dry onion soup mix
3 cups water
2 cups insant rice
l 4-oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
s&p to taste
6 lean pork chops
Preheat oven 350. In med size bowl mix dry soup mix and water until dissolved. Pour mixture into a l0xl5″ baking dish. Add rice and mushrooms and mix to distribute well. S&p to taste. Add pork chops in a singlelayer on mixture. Push pork chops down into mixture and make sure they are covered with it. Cover baking dish tightly with foil and bake in oven for l hour.
