l lb. ground beef
l med green pepper chopped
l med onion chopped
l can condensed Italian tomato soup, undiluted
l can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
l pkg. (32 0z.) frozen tater tots
In a skillet cook beef, pepper and onion until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add soup and mushrooms. Transfer to a greased 9xl3″ baking dish. Top with shredded cheese and tater tots. Bake uncovered at 400 for 30-35 mins. or until golden brown.
