PIE – CREAM CHEESE TART BOTTOM FOR FLAN

Beat l 3-oz. pkg. cream cheese, l/3 cup sugar & l tsp. vanilla in
small bowl on low speed until smooth. Beat in 3/4 cup chilled
whipping cream on medium speed until stiff peaks form. Spread over
flan crust to within l/4″ of rim. Arrange fruits decoratively on
top, brush with l/2 cup apple jelly melted. Refrigerate at least
two hrs.
