Filling:
4 pkgs (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
l cup sugar
l tsp. vanilla
l pkg. (8 oz.) seji sweet baking chocolate, nmelted. slightly cooled
l/4 cup hazelnut liqueur
4 eggs
Crust:
l8 oreo choc. sandwich cookies, finely crushed
2 tbsps. butter, melted
Crust: Mix crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9″ springform pan. Bake at 325 for l0 mins.
Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer until well blended. Add chocolate, liqueur and eggs; mix just until blended. Pour over crust. Bake at 325 for 55 to 60 mins. or until center is almost set if using silver springform pan. Bake at 300 for 60-65 mins. or center is almost set uf using a dark nonstick springform pan) Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim of pan. Refrigerate 4 hrs. or overnight.
