PESTO ALFREDO LASAGNA

l/4 cup buter
l/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
l/2 cup parmesan cheese
l cup pesto sauce
l2 lasagna noodles
l lb. mozarella cheese
l/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
In med. sauce pan melt butter, stir in flour till smooth. Add milk all at once stirring constantly. Cook, stir over med. heat till thick and bubbly. Stir in l/2 cup Parmesan and pesto sauce. Spread l/2 cup sauce in 9xl3″ baking dish. Layer 3 lasagna noodles side by side in bottom of dish. spread with l/2 cup sauce and sprinkle with heaping l/2 cup mixture of both shredded cheeses. Repeat layers 3 times. Bake uncovered at 325 for 30 mins. or till heated thru and bubbly. Let stand 5-l0 mins. before serving.
You will need the l2 noodles and all of the cheeses.
