PEPPERONI PIZZA SPREAD OR DIP

2 cups (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
l cup mayo (not low fat)
l cup chopped pepperoni
l can (4 oz.) mushroom stems and pieces, drained and chopped
l/2 cup chopped onion
l/2 cup chopped green pepper
l 6 oz. can ripe olives, drained and chopped
l cup chopped stuffed olives

In large bowl combine the first nine ingredients. Transfer to llx7x2″ baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 for 25-30 mins. or until edges are bubbly and lightly browned. Serve with crackers, breadsticks or french bread.
