l cup butter
l cup sugar
2 cups applesauce
l tsp. vanilla extracvt
3 cups flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
l-3/4 tsp. baking soda
l cup pecans
l cup raising
Heat oven 325. Greast and flour a bundt pan. (Can also be made in a 9xl3″ pan(then bake l hr. at 350). Beat butter and sugar together until fluffy then add applesauce and vanilla – mix until blended . In a separate bowl stir together flour, cinnamon and baking soda. Remove l/4 cup of the mix to a small bowl and add raisins and pecans, toss to coat. Add the flour to the mixing bowl, beat until well blended add the raising-pecan mix and mix gently in by hand with a spoon. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for l hr. and l5 mins. to l hr. and 30 mins. until a toothpick comes out clean. Cooil in the pan for about l0 mins. then invert the pan carefully onto a serving plate. Dust with powdered sugar.
