l-l/4 cups all purpose flour
3 tbsps. brown sugar
l/2 cup butter or oleo
2 eggs
l/2 cup packed brown sugar
l/2 cup chopped pecans
l/2 cup light corn syrup
2 tbsps. butter, melted
l tsp. vanilla
Chop pecans; set aside. Combine flour, sugar, butter until it re-
sembles coarse crumbs. Pat into an ungreased llx7xl-l/2″ baking pan.
Bake 20 mins. at 375.
Combine beaten eggs with l/2 cup brown sugar, corn syrup, butter and
chopped pecans & vanilla. Pour over baked crust, spreading evenly.
Bake l5-20 mins. more or until set. Cool.
Cut into bars or triangles. Chill to store. Makes 24.
