l cup butter (2 sticks)
2 tsp. vanilla extract
l-l/2 cups creamy or chuky peanut butter
3-l/2 cups powdered sugar
l/3 box graham crackers crushed (about l-l/2 cups)
l l2 oz. bag chocolate chips
Crush the graham crackers and set aside. Melt the butter in large saucepan. Remove from heat and add the vanilla and peanut butter and mix well. Add the powdered sugar and graham crackers. Stir until well combined. It will be a stiff dough. Pat the mixture into an ungreased 9xl3″ pan. Melt the chocolate chips and spread them over the peanut butter layer. Refirgerate for l hour before cutting.
