2 cups sliced ripe peaches (5 large orm8 small)
2 sp. cinnamon sugar
2-l/4 cups flour
l-l/2 cups powdered sugar
2 sticks cold butter
one 8 oz. pkg cream cheese, room temp.
one l4 oz. can condensed milk
l egg
2 tsp. vanilla
heat oven 350. peel and pit peaches, slice thinly or chop and toss with cinnamon sugar, set aside. in large bowl combine flour
and powdered sugar. cut in the butter unytil mix is crumbly and rather dry. reserve 2 cups of the mixturre for the topping.
press the remaining mixture into bottom of ungreased 9xl3 glass pan. bake for l5 mins. while crust is baking bea the crream cheese until
fluffy. gradually beat in the condensed milk until smooth,. add he egg and vanilla. mix well. after crust has baked for the l5 mins.
remove from oven and carefully smooth the peaches over the crust in an even layer. drizzle with any peach juice that is in the bowl.
pour the cream cheeser mixture over the peaches. sprinkle the reserved crust mixture over the top of the cream cheese filling.
bake for 30-35 mins. until bubbly and starting to brown on top.
