l-l/2 cups flour
pinch of salt
l-3 tsp. sugar
l0 tbps. cold butter
l egg yolk
3 tbps. ice water (a little at a time – approx.)
Mix in processor until forma a ball. Chill l/2 hr.
Place in flan pan, dot with 2 tbsps. butter. Bake l5 mins. at 400
or 25 mins. at 375.
