2 cups parsley leaves
l/3 cup non-fat yogurt
l/3 cup sliced scallions
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsps. water

Put all sauce ingredients in food processor or blender & process
using on/off turns until blended and smooth.
Serve over hot fish steaks (swordfish, salmon, etc.)
