ORANGE/GARLIC CHICKEN WINGS

Remove tips from 3 lbs. chicken wings and separagte with cleaver
into 2 pieces. Place in shallow glass, plastic or stainless steel
pan. In blender combine 4 cups orange marmalade, l0 cloves fresh
garlic and 3/4 cup dark soy sauce. Pour over wings, cover and
refrigerate, turning twice a day, for 3 days. Bake at 300 basting
with remaining sauce for approximately 45 mins. to l hour.
