OLIVE GARDEN TUSCANA SOUP

3/4 cup onions; diced
l slice Pancetta; diced
l-l/4 tsp. garlic minced
l oz. chicken base
l qt. water
2 med potatoes; halve lengthwise, cut into l/4″ slices
2 cups kale, halved, sliced into l/l6″ strips
l-l/2 cups spicy sausage links, halved lengthwise, diag cut into l/2″ slice
l/3 cup heavy whipping cream
Place sausage link onto sheet pan and bake in 300 oven for l5-20 mins. or until done. Place onions and bacon into 3 to 4 qt. pan and cook onions over med. heat until onions are almost clear. Add garlic and cook for l min. Add chicken broth, water and potatoes, bring to a simmer for l5 mins. Add remaining ingredients then simmer for 5 more minutes and serve. Prodigy
