MUSSELS WITH SALSA

Salsa Steamed Mussels

INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs. mussels
1 cup white wine
1 10 oz. jar salsa

INSTRUCTIONS:
Pour wine and salsa over mussels and steam in large pot until shells open. Serve as appetizer or with Spanish-style rice as a main course.
