l tbsps. grated lemon peel
3 4.5-oz. bags mesclun salad mix
6 tomatoes cut into wedges
l red onion very thinly sliced
Wshisk first 4 ingredients in med bowl to blend. season dressing to taste with s&p (can be made l day ahead. cover and refrigeragte. bring to room temp and rewhisk before using) Mix lettuce, tomatoes and onion in large bowl. add enough dressing to coat.
