Mix well. Spread cream cheese filling over bottom of cooled baked
pie shell. Cover with pineapple filling.
For topping, spread with whipped cream. Toss lemon peel with
confectioners sugar. Sprinkle lemon peel and nuts over whipped
cream. For optional garnish, place pineapple slice in center of
topping. Sprinkle crushed pineapple pieces among lemon peel and
nuts.
Serve or refrigerate until ready to serve. Refrigerate leftovers.
