in shallow dish whisk l/4 cup lemon juice, 2 tbsps. each worcestersauce sauce and dijon mustard, l tbsps. each olive oil and sugar, 3 chopped garlic cloves, l/2 tsp. salt and l/4 tsp. pepper. Pierce l-l/2 lbs. flank steak all over with a fork, toss in marinade. Marinate 30 mins. turning once. In cast iron skillet heat l tbsps. olive oil over high heat until smoking. Remove steak from marinade cook until browned, 4-5 mins. per side for med rare. Rest covered 5 mins. In a saucepan bring marinade to a boil; strain into serving dish.
