2 cups sour ceam
2 tbsps. lemon juice
4 garlic cloves minced
4 tsps. celery salt
4 tsp. worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. paprika
l/2 tsp. pepper
8 boneless chicken breast halves
2 cups crushed butter flavored crackers (abou 50)
l/2 cup butter melted
l/4 cup veggie oil
In large shallow glass dish combine the first seven ingredients. Add chicken; turn to coat. Cover and refrigeragte for 3-4 hrs. Place cracker crumbs in a shallow bowl; roll chicken in crumbs until coated. Transfer to a greased l3x9″ baking dish. Combine butter and oil; pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered at 350 for 50-60 mins. or until chicken juices run clear.
