MAPLE FRENCH TOAST BAKE

l2 slices of bread, cubed
l pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, cubed
8 eggs
l cup milk
l/2 cup maple syrup
Arrange half of the bread cubes in a greased shallow 2 qt. baking dish. Top with the cream cheese and remaining bread. In a bowl whisk eggs, milk and syrup, pour over bread. Cover and refrigeragte overnight. Remove from the refrigerator 30 mins. before baking. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 mins. Uncover; bake 20-25 mins. longer or until golden brown. Serve with additional syrup.
