LOBSTER PATE

l/2 lb. lobster meat, finely diced
l-l/2 lbs. cream cheese, softened
l/2 cup sour cream
l tbsps. each minced parsley, chives, gtarragon and chervil
l/4 tsp. lemon juice or to taste
salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients in an leectrix mixer. Mix on low speed until thoroughly combined. If mixture
is too thick, add additional sour cream to each the desired texture. Mold onto a serving platter
and garnish with assorted crackers and vdggie sticks. Serves 8 to l0. Internet
