LINGUINI & CLAM SAUCE

l lb.pkg pasta
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup olive oil
4 large cloves garlic minced
2 green onions finely chopped
3 5-oz canschopped clams, draine reserving broth
1/4 cup dry white wine
1cup chopped parsley
1 tsp dried basil

Cook pasta according to box. In 2 qt. saucepan over med heat melt butter in olive oil.
add garlic and onion and saute until garlic is golden. Mix clam broth into butter mixture. Add parsley wine & basil. Simmer 5mins and add clams & heat thru. Toss with pasta. Serves 6
