2 cups (l6 oz. package) frozen baby lima beans
2 slices bacon
l/2 cup water l tbsps. flour
2 tbsps. chopped onion
l tbsps. brown sugar
l/4 tsp. salt
l/4 tsp. celery salt
l/4 tsp. paprika
Cook beans according to directions, drain well. Cook bacon until
almost crisp, drain & set aside. Gradually add water to flour,
stirring until smooth. Combine lima beans, flour mixture, onion and
next 4 ingredients, mixing well. Pour into lightly greased l qt.
baking pan . Place bacon on top. Bake uncovered at 375 for 20 mins.
