LILY’S CREPES

2/3 cup flour
l cup milk
2 eggs
l/2 tsp. salt

This makes l8 crepes. Can be easily doubled.

To make a sheet of crepe on cookie sheet, use 3/4 to l cup of batter
Bake at 450 until edges are brown.
9xl3″ glass pan holds 32 crepes. Use 2 pkgs. of cheese.
Fry crepes in center of MED-HIGH on stove.
When making chicken crepes, the very large glass baking dish
(not 9xl3″) will hold VERY TIGHTLY 34 crepes. It will take
about 3 whole large chicken breasts.
IF YOU WANT TO MAKE 48 cheese crepes THE VERY LARGE (not 9xl3) PYREX WILL HOLD THEM VERY TIGHTLY. DO NOT USE SKIM MILK FOR THE CRREPES USE WHOLE MILK
