LEON SALAD (VERY ITALIAN)

l head iceberg lettuce, finely chopped
l head romaine, finely chopped
l/4 lb. Italian salami, cut julienne
4 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
l (l5-l/2 oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained

Leon Dressing:
l/4 cup oil
2 tbsps. wine vinegar
l tsp. dry mustard
l/2 tsp. salt
l/2 tsp. black pepper
l/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Combine iceberg lettuce, romaine, salami, cheese and beans in bowl.
To make dressing, combine oil, vinegar, mustard, sale, pepper and
Parmesan cheese. Pour over salad, toss and serve.
Serves 6.
