l-l/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 24 squares)
l/3 cup finely chopped pecans
l/3 cup sugar
kl/3 cup butter melted
2 pkgs (8 oz. each) cream cheese softened
l can (l4 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
l/2 cup lemon juice
In bowl combine crumbs, pecans and sugar. Add butter; mix well. Set aside l/2 cup. Press remaining crumb mix into greased 9xl3″ baking dish. Bake at 325 for 8 mins. Meanwhile in small mixing bowl beat cream cheese until smooth. Add milk, eggs and lemon juice; beat until smooth. Spoon over crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake for 30 mins or until cneter is almost set. Cool on wire reck. Store in refrigerator.
