LAYERED CHOCOLATE CAKE

l pkg. german chocolate cake mix
l-l/3 cup veggie oil
l pkg. (3 oz.) cook and serve vanilla pudding mix
l tsp. unflavored gelatin
2 cups milk
l pkg 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
l/2 cup butter softened
l tsp. vanilla ext.
l-l/2 cups confectioners sugar
3 tbsps.s baking cocoa
In mixing bowl combine the first 4 ingredients; mix well. Pour into greased l5″xl0″xl” baking pan. Bake at 350 for 23-25 mins. Cool on wire rack. In saucepan combine pudding mix, gelatin and milk; cook according to pkg. directions for pudding. Cool. Cut cake into 3 l0″x5″ rectangles. Place one on a serving platter. Spread with half of the pudding mix; repeat layers. Top with third layer. In mixing bowl beat cream cheese and butter. Add vanilla; mix well. Add sugar and cocoa; beat until smooth. Frost top and sides of cake. Refrigerate until serving;
