1 10″ round sour dough bread or 1 loaf Italian bread
Butter
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Parmesean cheese
1 tbsp basil, dried
1 ” minced onion
1 ” parsaley, minced
1 tsp oregano, dried
3 ” cajun seasoning
2 to 3 tbsp garlic, minced
Slice the loaf in half horizontally. Butter cut sides of both
halves & toast under broiler until lightly browned. Mix the
remaining ingredients & spread over both halves, using the entire
mixture. Bake at 400F aor 15 to 20 min, untiul topis browned and
puffed. Cut into wedges.
