KILBASA & CABBAGE PENZET

l tbs. olive oil
4 carrots, peeled & thinly sliced
3 leeks hinly sliced (oniions will do)
2 cloves garlic minced
l6 oz. chicken broth
l l5 oz. can crushed tomatoes
l small head cabbage roughly chipped
l lb. kabasa sliced
l/2 tsp, majoram
l/2 tsp. salt
l/2 tsp. pepper
In large pot heat olive oil over med. heat. Add carrots and onions and cook until tender stirring frequently about l0 mins.. add garlic and cook for 2 mins.. Add broth tomatoes and cabbage and kilbasa to the pot with the najoram. Simmer until the stew is hot and cabbage is tender- 29 ti 39 mins. Season kwith s&p
