l pkg. l lb. ziti
l large green pepper, cut into strips
l large red pepper cut into strips
l large onion chopped
3 garlic lcoves, minced
l/3 cup olive oil
8 ozs. boiled ham cut into thin strips
8 ozs. salami cut into strips
l/3 cup Parmesan cheese’l/3 cup red wine vinegar
l tsp. salt
l/2 tsp. pepper
Prepare pasta as directed. Meanwhile cook and stir peppers, onion and garlic in hot oil until tender but not browned. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer and heqat thoroughly. Pour sauce over pasta. Toss to coat well.
