l-l/2 lbs. round steak, thinly sliced
Salt & pepper
l cup dry bread crumbs
l cup Parmesan cheese, grated
l/4 cup fine chopped fresh celery leaves
l tsp. dried parsley
l tsp. dried basil
l/2 tsp. dried oregano
2 tbsps. oil
4 cups spaghetti sauce fresh or jar
l lb. cooked pasta
Pound meat to tenderize. Sprinkle with s&p. Cut into 3″ squares.
Combine bread crumbs, cheese, celery & herbs. Place a heaping spoon-
ful of mixture on each meat square and roll up. Secure with string
or toothpick. Roll meat in remaining crumb mixture. In large skillet
heat oil. Brown roll ups on all sizes. Pour spaghetti sauce over all

pasta.
