ICEBERG WEDGES WITH L000 DRESSING

l cup mayonnaise
l/4 cup tomato based chili sauce
l/4 cup milk
2 tbsps.s red wine vinegar
2 tbsps. sweet pickle relish
l tbsps. fresh parsley
l scallion thinly sliced
s&p
l head iceberg lettuce, cored and cut into 8 wedges
In a small bowl whisk together mayo, chili sauce, milk, vinegar, relish, parsley, scallion and l/4 tsp. each s&p Place iceberg wedges on a platter and divide among four plates, drizzle with dressing, as desired. Serve immediately.
Dressing can be refrigeraed in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. Before serving whisk to loosen.
