HOT MUSTARD SAUCE

2 tpbs. dry mustard powder
l-l/2 tpbs. sugar
l/4 cup flour
l/4 tsp. onion powder or l tsp. minced onion
l/4 tps. tumeric
2 tbps. lemon juice
2 tbps. water
Sift dry ingredients together or stir until evenly blended. Add
lemon juice & water. Place in covered container & refrigerate.
