HONEYBAKED CHICKEN

3 lbs. chicken pieces
l/2 cup honey
l/4 cup mustard
3 tbsps. lemon juice
l-l/2 tsp. sweet paprika
l/8 tsp. salt
Pepper
Preheat oven 325. Wash, dry * skin chicken pieces. Place meaty side down in a lightly greased l2x8x2″ refrigerator to oven baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hrs. Bake chicken, covered, in 325 oven for 30 mins. emove cover, turn pieces; bake uncovered, bsting occasionally with pan drippings, for an additional 30 mins. or until done. Serves up to 4 people. Prodigy
