l/4 cup butter
2 tbsps. lemon juice
2 tbsps. water
l/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
l/4 tsp. salt
l/8 tsp. pepper
3 lbs. chicken breasts or a 3 lb. cut up chicken
honey pecan sauce:
3 tbsps. honey
2 tbsps. butter, melted
2 tsps. chopped pecans, toasted (cook in small skillet over medlow heat 5-7 mins. stirring often until golden.
2 tsp. lemon juice
l tsp. mustard
Prepare honey mustard sauce.
Mix remaining ingredients ex ept chicken in small l qt. saucepan. Cook over low heat 5 mins. stirring often. Brush over chicken. Saute hicken until tender, turning and mopping 2 or 3 times with mixture . Serve with sauce.
Use your own judgment on how to cook chicken with the sauce. I did this once and it was great!!
