20 chicken crummettes
l/3 cup honey
2 tbsps. dijon mustard
3 trbsps. soy sauce
In ungreased l2x8″ (2 qt.) baking dish arrange chicken drumettes in single layer. In l cup microwave safe cup combine honey, mustard and soy sauce; mix well. Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir until well blended. Drizzle honey mixture over4 chicken brushing as necessary to coatchicken. Marinate in plastic for up to 2 hrs. Heat oven 375. Uncover dish; turn chicken drums. Bake 50 to 60 mins. or until chicken is tender, glazed and no longer pink, turning chicken once about halfway through baking time. Brush with honey mixture from dish just before serving.
