l-l/4 lbs. baby carrots, trimmed & peeled
l tbsps. b utter
l-l/2 tbsp. honey
l tbsps. lemon juice
In a steamer set over boiling water steam carrots for 4-8 mins. or
until they are just tender & transfer them to a bowl. In a skillet
melt the butter with the honey & lemon juice, stirring until the
mixture is smooth & add the carrots. Cook the mixture over mod-low
heat stirring for l-2 mins. or until the carrots are glazed evenly
& heated through and season it with s&p.
