HONEY CORN MUFFINS

l-3/4 cups flour
3/4 cup white cornmeal
l/4 cup sugar
l tbsp. baking powder
l tsp. baking soda
l tsp. salt
l/2 cup milk
l/4 cup fresh orange juice
l/4 cup butter, melted
l/4 cup honey
Preheat oven 350. Grease l6 muffin cups. Combine flour, cornmeal,
sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Blend milk
juice, butter and honey in small bowl. Add to dry ingredients,
stirring until smooth; do not over mix. Divide bater among prepared
cups. Bake until golden brown, about l5 mins. Serve immediately.
