2 cups cubed cooked chicken
2 cups ham; cubes
2 cups shrimp; cooked
7 ozs. shells; cooked
l celery stalk; sliced
l/4 cup green pepper, diced
l/4 cup red pepper; diced
l/4 cup onion; diced
l tsp. salt
l/2 tsp. pepper
l/2 cup mayonnaise
l/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsps. vinegar
l/2 tsp. sugar
2 tsps. dill, fresh, minced or l tsp. dried
In a large bowl toss the chicken, ham, shrimp, macaroni, celery, peppers, onion, s&p. In a small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; mix well. Pour over salad and toss. Cover and chill for 3-4 hours.
