HADDOCK & SHROOMS SUPERBE!!

Cook & stir togethe in fry pan until mushrooms are tender over med-high heat
2 tlsp butter
2 cups fresh mushrooms sliced
l stalk celery sliced thin
l/2 onion diced

Line a greased 9″ baking dish with: l lb, haddock
Spoon mushroom mixture over fish
Whisk together in a bowk and the pour half over mushrooms
l/3 cup tomato paste
l cup heavy cream
3 tbsps, dry vermouth
k.4 tsp, sakt
2 tbsps, fresh parskey chopped
Cover with
l lb. haddock (2 lbs total)
Spoon remaining sauce over 2nd layer fish
Take about l cup r s of Kanko bread crumbs with some soft butter and mix well
Sprnkle bread crumbs over the sauce and bake at 350 fr about30-35 mins
or until fish flakes with fork.
