l2 ripe red tomatoes
l/4 cup chopped fresh dill
l/2 cup olive oil
l cup fresh bread crumbs
s&p to taste
Halve the tomatoes and sprinkle the cut side of each lightly with the dill. Drizzle with a bit of olive ol and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Season to taste. Grill over hot cols for 4 to 5 mins. or put under a hot broiler for 5-7 mins; the tomatoes should be warm but still firm.
