l cup red wine
l cup soy sauce
l/2 cup oliv e oil
5 cloves garlic, crushed
l tbsps. dried rosemary
2 tsps. ground black pepper
l butterflied leg of lamb, 4 to 5 lbs.
Combine the wine, soy sauce, oil, garlic & herb and marinate in
plastic bag at least 6 hours. Drain lamb and grill about l0 mins.
per side, basting meat with marinade frequently.
