4 cups cooked and diced chicken or turkey
l/4 cup grated onion
l cup diced celery
l cup diced green bell pepper
l/2 cup sliced stuffed olives
l can mandarin oranges, drained’
l can pineapple tidbits, drained
l pt. mayo
2 tbsps. prepared mustard
l large can chow mein noodles
Mix first 7 ingredients in a bowl. Blend the mayo and mustard; mix lightly with the chicken mixture. Cover and refrigerate. JUST before serving, add chow mein noodles. Serve on lettuce leaves. Prodigy ELIMINATE THE STUFFED OLIVES.11
