GRAPES/BALSAMIC DRESSING *****

2 cups seedless red grapes washed with no stems
l/2 cup diced red onion
l/2 cup diced fresh chives
l/2 cup granulated sugar
l tbsps. salt
20 turns of blCK CRUSHED PEPPER
l/2 cup balsamic vinegar
l-l/2 cups extra irgin oli ve oil

Pu t all ingrediens in a blendeer and puree until mixture starts to thicken – just a minute or so The leftoer dressing may be refrigerated for a couple of days but
not more yhan a week.
I THINL ONE HALF OF THIS IS ENOUGH FOR A GOOD BIT OF SALAD
