Here’s a colorful and delicious addition to a brunch menu. It also
makes a lovely light dessert on its own.
2 cups green grapes
2 cups sliced strawberries
2 cups sliced plums
l cup sliced peaches
l cup orange segments
l cup sliced peeled kiwi
l/2 cup Grand Marnier or other orange liqueur
l/2 cup orange juice
2 tbsps. sugar
Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Cover and refrigerate up to
8 hours.
(Different fruits may be substituted)
