GOLDEN TOPPED HALIBUT OR SWORDFISH

2 lbs. halibut or swordfish steaks
2 cloves garlic, micned
3 tbsp. olive oil
l/4 cup chopped red onion
l cup Italian style croutons
l/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Preheat oven 375. Place fish in an oiled l2/8×2″ baking pan. Saute
garlic and onion inhot olive oil until onion is tender; remove from
heat. Stir in croutons and parsley; sprinkle over fish. Bake until
fish flakes easily with a fork and topping is golden., about 20 mins
Serves 6.
