1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp grated orange peel
3/4 cup orange juice
2 tbsp butter or margarine
2 1/2 lbs carrots, peeled, cut diagonally in 1/4″ slices & cooked
Mix sugar, flour & salt in medium saucepan. Stir in orange
peel & juice. Bring to the boil over medium-high heat . Reduce
heat to low; stir in butter. Simmer 2 min or until t hickened &
syrupy. Add carrots, stir to coat & glaze. Garnish w/ parsley.
