l lb. shrimp, peeled, deveined
3 cloves garlic, finely minced
l onion, finely chopped
3 tbsps. olive oil
2 tbsps. flour
l/2 cup dry marsala
l cup chicken broth
l/2 cup italisn parsley, minced
l lb. oinguine
Heat olive oil in large skillet. Add garlic and stir for 30 seconds. Add onion and cook until transparent, stirring occaisonally. Add flour and stir until well mixed. Whisk in broth, wine and parsley. Bring to boil and cook for a couple of mins. stirring constantly. Lower heat to med. and add shrimp; cook until shrimp are just pink and done. Serve over pasta, cooked to pkg. direciton. You can add some hot pepper sauce. Also cook onions first and then add garlic later. Serves 6 Prodigy
