2 cups fresh basil leaves, thoroughly washed and patted dry
4 good size garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
3/4 cup shelled walnuts
l cup best quality olive oil
l cup freshlygrated imported Parmesan cheese
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in food processor until smoth.
